We currently ship to: United States (Lower 48 contiguous states)
If your country is not listed at checkout, unfortunately, we do not ship there at this time.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country. Sherphine’s Wonders is not responsible for delays caused by customs.

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible:

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

Certain items such as personalized products, sale items, or hygienic goods (if applicable) are not eligible for return.
